The terms Adfirma runs on.

Adfirma is in early access. These terms are short on purpose: they say who owns what, what you can expect from the service right now, and which law applies.

1The service

Adfirma is a compliance-management workspace: it reads the documents you provide, assesses them against the standards you select, and helps you manage documents, findings and obligations on an ongoing basis. During early access the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and we may need scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

Adfirma's assessments and answers are decision support for the person who owns the management system — they are not legal advice, and they are not a guarantee of certification or audit outcomes.

2Your content

You own your documents and your evidence. Everything you upload or connect, and the records derived from it, remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service to you. You can export or delete your content at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you upload, and for how your organisation uses the service.

3Our platform

We own the platform — the software, the interface, the assessment models and workflows, and everything else that makes Adfirma work, excluding your content. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.

4Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the service, access another organisation's data, or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of the service during early access is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.

6Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
