How Adfirma handles your information.
Adfirma is a compliance-management workspace: you upload the documents your management system runs on, and we help you audit and manage them. That makes your trust in how we handle those documents the whole product. This policy says, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it.
1What we collect
- Account information — your email address and name, used to create and secure your account.
- Customer content — the compliance documents, policies, procedures and records you (or people in your organisation) upload or connect to the workspace, and the assessments, findings and answers derived from them.
- Operational records — ordinary service logs (timestamps, request metadata) needed to run and secure the service.
We do not collect payment details during early access, and we do not use advertising trackers on the product or this site.
2Where it lives
Customer content and account data are stored in Amazon Web Services, ap-southeast-2 (Sydney, Australia). Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest, and all traffic to and from the service is encrypted in transit (TLS).
3What we do — and don't do — with it
We use your content solely to provide the service to you: assessing your documents against the standards you manage, answering your questions with citations into your own documents, and keeping the records the product exists to keep.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with other customers, and we do not use them to build products for anyone else.
4Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Adfirma:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage and encryption (Sydney region).
- OpenAI and Anthropic — large-language-model providers used to analyse the documents you ask us to assess. Document text is sent to these providers only for that analysis.
5Access and deletion
You own your content. You can export or delete your documents through the product, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing us.
